Soltech adds a Telecommunication System Engineer to its staff

Battle Creek, Michigan – February 18, 2008 Soltech Technology Solutions announced it has added Matt Meade to its staff. Matt brings 10+ years of experience in Telephone system programming & design. Matt will be leading the Voice Services Division of the company. These services include both Traditional and VOIP based Telecommunication Systems involving: Public Branch Exchange (PBX) and Key Telephone Systems (KTS), voice mail, call detail recording and contact center service & support.

Matt is an Avaya Certified System Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the industry. He is qualified in PBX, Key Telephone Systems (KTS) and Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems from manufacturers such as Avaya/Lucent Technologies, AT&T Partner, NEC, Nortel, Vodavi, Linksys & MultiTech to name a few.

Matt is also a certified Proxim Wireless/WiFi Broadband Engineer. Prior to coming to Soltech, he was most recently involved in the design and deployment of a Michigan based Wireless Internet Service Provider (WISP) Network. Matt’s role in this project was as the lead Engineer responsible for the overall design and deployment, including: network architecture, wireless site surveys, bandwidth management, performance monitoring, and more.
