A Michigan Based company wanted to offer a subscription-based Monthly Newsletter for it's clientele. The company wanted an easy to use interface to publish a monthly newsletter and wanted to deliver the publication via email in compliance with anti-SPAM regulations.

Soltech's web development services provided a newsletter subscription link on the clients existing web site. This link allows subscribers to sign up for the newsletter and requires them to confirm there subscription via email to ensure that they are in fact interested in receiving this publication. The link also uses a generated text image input verification to avoid malicious scripts from registering users unknowingly. The confirmed subscribers are added to a database automatically, without any need of the staff to manually enter any of the subscriber information.

The newsletter publication is developed by the client using a web based template to ensure the publication looks consistant and professional. The newsletter is sent via e-mail in compliance with all anti-SPAM regulations.
